"When we share what we were brought here to give, we are in alignment with our highest, most powerful selves." -Jen Sincero
I'm here to help you tap into your intuition, re-discover your gifts and strengths, and become more free to help you live your true purpose and create the change that you want to see in the world.
The world needs you. You need you. If you're reading this right now, then you know that you are powerful and are meant to connect more to and trust your intuition to guide your passions and be a part of creating liberation and justice for all.
You are valuable and have a unique purpose in this life. Your intuition already knows who you are and what you are meant to be doing.
The world needs you, your unique voice, story, and strengths.
You already are love, intuitive, amazing, and valuable. It's about tapping into that with your whole mind, body, heart, and spirit, and living it fully.
"Intuition is simultaneously completely magical and exceptionally practical. It is both not of this world and centered completely in each and every one of us. Intuition empowers us to know ourselves and our bodies like no one else can." ~Jill Willard
Listening to and trusting your intuition helps you come back to who you truly are underneath all the societal conditioning.
Connecting to your intuition reminds you that you are interconnected, and can open your heart to discover more of your deeper passions and how they connect to your life on this earth.
When you are tapped into your intuition, you are living who you are meant to be and creating a more just world for all.
The personal/spiritual and the social/political are already connected; the two cannot be separated.
If you're like me, then you've been turned off by a lot of the personal growth/spiritual world because much of it fails to acknowledge the oppressive structures (White supremacy, patriarchy, capitalism, ableism, etc...) that we live under.
I believe that the more we deny the social and political within our own personal liberation, the more of a disservice we are doing to ourselves and to the world.
Doing the deep work of personal growth and connecting to our inner, spiritual wisdom also involves doing the deep work of undoing societal conditioning, internalized oppression, and looking at the ways in which we perpetuate oppression in our daily lives so that we can become more free within ourselves and create more ways and spaces in the world that foster liberation and justice for everyone.
If you responded "yes" to any of the above questions, I am here to help and support you!
Learn how to listen to your intuition and inner wisdom.
Support your big dreams, goals and vision for yourself and for a more just world.
Encourage you to believe in yourself, your passions and strengths so you can be all of YOU and the confident person that you already are underneath!
Learn how to implement various elements of selfcare (like boundaries, space for reflection, not just manicures and bubble baths-though we need both!) into each and every moment to nourish your well being.
Help you undo any societal conditioning that is holding you back from embracing ALL of you and putting yourself and your gifts out there into the world.
Give you practical actions that you can take to help you live out your feminist and social justice values and beliefs in your everyday life.
Help you set goals that are in alignment with your soul's purpose and keep you accountable to achieve your goals.
Connect more to your higher self to help you make decisions and live your life from your highest wisdom and guidance.
I have a master's degree in Anthropology and Social Change from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, California and a B.A. in Women and Gender Studies at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida.
I am a certified counselor of the Interchange Counseling Institute, a transformative training program for coaches, counselors, and anyone interested in growth.
My superpowers are being an empath, intuitive, creative, and introverted "cheerleader".
For eight years, I worked as a self-employed fitness trainer and long distance running coach. I was a runner for 20 years of my life, participating in cross country and track growing up, and running marathons (including a few ultras) later on as an adult.
I am an INFJ; my Sun is in Capricorn, Moon in Libra, and Rising in Cancer
*I am sex-positive, sex worker-positive, LGBTQIA, kink & BDSM-positive.
Personal growth, spirituality and social justice are intertwined. I believe we are spiritual beings having human experiences. We are all connected, and it is our responsibility, as humans, to care for one another's life, liberation and justice, and to act upon that care.
I believe in the intelligence of the mind, body, emotions and spirit. It's important to attend to and grow each one.
I believe that all oppression falls under the same system. I acknowledge intersectionality-the experience of multi-oppressions-which include but are not limited to race, disability, sexuality, gender and class. I am not free if you are not free. My fight for liberation and justice is a fight for your liberation and justice.
I live my life guided by my intuition because my intuition is connected to my soul and only wants the best for me. Many of us are taught, from a young age, to value our rational mind more than our intuition and spirituality, and because of this, we have disconnected a lot from who we truly are underneath all the societal conditioning.
I believe in elevating diversity, which is reality, and am interested in the perspectives and experiences of people who are marginalized in different ways that I am. As a feminist, my commitment is to constantly learn, grow and evolve.
Like Audre Lorde, I believe that selfcare is not self-indulgence, but that it is self-preservation. Selfcare is not a luxury; it is essential to our well being and livelihood. Selfcare does not only show up in isolated instances like bubble baths and meditation, but also involves the support of others (community, friends, family, even strangers...) and creating and holding our boundaries. It involves choosing joy no matter what is happening around you.
I believe in feminists owning their power, joy and love fiercely, boldly and creatively.

“When I run after what I think I want,
My days are a furnace of distress and anxiety;
If I sit in my own place of patience,
What I need flows to me,
And without any pain.
From this I understand that
What I want also wants me,
Is looking for me
And attracting me;
When it cannot attract me
Anymore to go to it,
It has to come to me.
There is a great secret
In this for anyone
Who can grasp it.”
